Comebag offers 4 types of service:

STORAGE Classic luggage storage service. Also available for short stays with half-day service.

H-2-H Transfer your luggage from your home to the hotel or from the hotel to your home

TRANSFER Transfer your luggage from one Comebag shop to another

DELIVERY Leave your bags at our shop upon arrival and they’ll be waiting for you at the hotel. Leave your bags at the hotel on your departure day and they’ll be waiting for you at our shop

Are Comebag service points open on holidays?

Yes — our offices are open every day, including weekends and public holidays, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Can I make a booking outside of business hours?

You can place a booking anytime through the app, but services are only available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
If you need a pickup or drop-off outside those hours, just email us at customerservice@comebag.it — we’ll be happy to explore a custom solution for you.

How do I know when my luggage has been picked up from my hotel?

You’ll receive a real-time notification in the app as soon as your bags are picked up. You can also track the status at any time, and you’ll be notified again when your luggage is ready for collection at your chosen Comebag Point.

What if I arrive late to pick up my luggage?

If there’s a mismatch with your original booking, any price difference can be settled at pickup. Delays that require us to keep a Comebag Point open longer will incur a €30.00 fee per additional hour (non-divisible). Need an alternative? You can also contact our team to arrange home delivery via express courier (at your expense).

What happens if my luggage doesn’t arrive in time for my flight or cruise — and it’s Comebag’s fault?

We take full responsibility. If a delay is on our end, we’ll make sure your luggage is shipped to your home address at no cost, using an express courier.

Can I leave my bags at a B&B or vacation rental and still use Comebag?”

Yes — but it’s essential that someone is present when our driver arrives (such as a front desk staff member or host). If no one is available to hand over the luggage, the pickup cannot be completed.

Why does the app say delivery isn’t available for my location?

Comebag currently operates in Naples and selected parts of the surrounding area. Some tourist destinations are located too far from our pickup points or require ferry transport, which makes it difficult to guarantee the level of speed and reliability we’re committed to. For this reason, certain areas have been excluded from the delivery service.
